Raw Vegan No-Cook-ies – Coconut & Almond Macaroons!

This one is super simple!! Only 3 ingredients!
Combine equal parts of ground almonds and finely shredded coconut.
Drizzle in Grade B Maple Syrup until you have the consistency of slice and bake cookie dough.
Roll the dough into a log and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.
Remove from fridge, slice and place on tray.
Dehydrate in dehydrator or oven until they reach the consistency of a chewy cookie.
